Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations not made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% service charge

This policy allows us to respect our artists’ time and accommodate clients on our waitlist.

We understand that life happens. Emergencies will always be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may require future appointments to be prepaid in full
